Fire, flood, theft, technical failure – don’t worry we’ve the cover you need

At 123Send we appreciate that a broken card payment terminal can mean lost sales. That’s why our highly skilled support team is committed to ensuring your terminals stay fully operational 24/7.

All our terminals are built to last, but in the unlikely event you do have any problems, simply call our support team and our trained operators will help get you back up and running in no time.

If you buy a terminal from us, rather than rent, we’ll include a one-year manufacturer’s warranty with the promise we’ll get you back up and running in the unlikely event your terminal suffers a technical fault.

As standard, when you take out a Long-Term Service Agreement with 123Send we will cover your terminal against technical failure for the duration of that contract, ensuring you are safe in the knowledge that if the terminal fails we will support you and get you back up and running as soon as possible.

When disaster strikes

But what happens if your terminal is accidentally damaged, lost or stolen? Don’t worry, we’ve still got your back. 123Send has created two enhanced Repair Options to make sure you can still take card payments should disaster strike.

Life can be unpredictable, so we highly recommend you take advantage of either our Silver Repair or Gold Repair packages from the start of your contract, but there’s no pressure, you can opt in at any point*. Here are the benefits:

Silver Repair

Our Silver Repair option gives you peace of mind if your terminal is accidentally damaged, for example by being dropped, by flood or fire. Silver Repair doesn’t cover damage caused by improper use or care, vandalism (including attempted self-repair), use of unapproved third-party accessories, loss or theft. For these last two risks you need our Gold Repair service.

Gold Repair

Our Gold Repair package gives you peace of mind for all the risks covered by Silver Repair, with the big plus of covering loss and theft as well. With Gold Repair we’ve got you covered for anything that could reasonably go wrong with your 123Send payment terminal. As you’d expect, Gold Repair won’t cover you for vandalism (including attempted self-repair) and misuse.
