123's Mobile terminals use GPRS communications to enable businesses to process secure, on-line credit and debit card transactions in a mobile environment.

The GPRS SIM cards that our terminals use are provided by Vodafone and O2. Both networks cover approximately 99% of the UK population and 88–90% of the ULK land mass. (Please click on our coverage indicators on the right to check the coverage in your location).

As standard your terminal will be delivered with a SIM card on either one of these networks, however if you would prefer a particular network (Vodafone or O2) please tell us on your order form and we will happily provide this for you.

Coverage maps provided by the networks are to be used as a guide only, and are NOT a guarantee of coverage.

123 Send and 123 Hire provide terminals on either the Vodafone or O2 network.

*Changing networks on your terminal:

1. Under the terms of your agreement, 123 Send will only change your network once without charge. Any change must be within
   14 days of receipt of your terminal.
2. Thereafter a fee applies to all network changes.
3. 123 Hire are unable to change the network of your terminal once your terminal has been dispatched.
4. 123 Hire cannot guarantee to provide a terminal on the network of your choice (although every effort will be made to ensure your network choice is adhered too).
